Our process begins with whole fruit sourced from trusted local growers within 100 kilometres of our farm. Working closely with our region allows us to capture seasonal abundance at the right time and reduce unnecessary waste.

Through controlled low-temperature dehydration and precision moisture removal, we gently extract water while protecting structure, flavour, colour, and naturally occurring nutrients.

The result is a lightweight, stable powder that retains the character of the original ingredient.
